Receptionist

You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting service department. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions and setting appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive calls and set appointments for service customer Make outgoing calls to customers to confirm service appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow-up calls Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system Receive credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer customers to the appropriate individual for resolution Checking customers in and out of loaner

Full Time:

5 days a week including

Saturdays Part Time:

20-34 hours a week including
