Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will ensure smooth office management and efficient communication across departments. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling mail distribution. Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Support administrative functions by managing calendars, assisting with clerical tasks such as filing and document preparation. Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly. Communicate effectively with clients and staff via phone, email, or in person to support seamless office operations. Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred, but not required. Strong computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
