Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dynamic Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Your proficiency in office management tools and clerical tasks will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our organization. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and taking detailed messages as needed. Handle front desk administrative duties including data entry, filing, managing correspondence, and insurances. Utilize office management software such as Google Workspace . Maintain organized reception areas, ensuring all materials are tidy and accessible. Schedule appointments and manage calendars with multiple locations and providers. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in communication. Uphold excellent phone etiquette while providing responsive support to internal teams and external contacts. Support office management functions including scanning systems, inventory control of office supplies, and general administrative assistance. Experience Prior experience working in an office environment or as a receptionist is required; experience in medical reception is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Google Workspace and data entry tools. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management. Proven ability to handle clerical tasks such as COB's , scanning, insurances, Nextgen Office, and organizing documents efficiently. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions in person or over the phone.
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
