Full-Time Join Our Team! Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Specialist - Reception/Information to join our team in Mercer County. As the first point of contact for our consumers, visitors, and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the daily operations of our behavioral health clinic. If you enjoy helping others, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Welcome consumers, visitors, and community members in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using a multi-line switchboard. Provide information and assist consumers with check-in procedures. Record and process financial information accurately. Maintain confidentiality of consumer information. Perform general administrative and clerical duties. Support clinic staff with a variety of office responsibilities. Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to successfully complete required background checks and drug screening. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
