Job Description
Five Star Swim School in Princeton is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team We are looking to hire a candidate that is dedicated, reliable, and has attention to detail. We are looking for weekday and weekends hours. Our front desk is a fast paced environment. Your job will be to provide excellent customer service for enrolled families and those who are interested in joining our swim school. During a normal day, you can expect to:
- greet and engage with families coming to the pool
- answer phones and emails
- schedule appointments
- check attendance and communicate with swim instructors
- check the pool levels and balance if necessary (training provided)
- organize and ensure cleanliness of the facility Prior office experience or customer service is a plus!
