Job Description

Our law firm is seeking a professional, outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is pivotal as you are the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. This role requires a blend of professionalism, empathy, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring positive client experience while supporting attorneys and staff. This is an onsite role which requires your presence in our Roseland office Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm. The job duties are as follows: Answer and route high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Greet clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner Monitor conference room bookings Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, deliveries, and court documents Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and conference rooms Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, or data entry Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and office staff to relay messages Ensure all client and case information remains confidential Support the Operations team with other duties as assigned Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist in a law firm or professional services setting is required High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office scheduling tools Familiarity with professional office procedures Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment (copiers, scanners) Calendar management and front-desk coordination Professional demeanor and verbal communication Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Discretion in handling sensitive information Customer service and interpersonal skills Punctuality and reliability in a front-facing role

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
