We're looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional hospitality is an art. This isn't a typical front desk position. You'll be the heartbeat of the guest experience, creating meaningful first impressions and ensuring every visit feels effortless, elevated, and memorable. If you're organized, confident, warm, and naturally anticipate people's needs before they ask—you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Create a seamless luxury experience from check-in to checkout. Answer phones, text messages, emails, and online inquiries with confidence and professionalism. Schedule appointments and help guests find the services that best meet their goals. Educate guests on memberships, promotions, retail products, and future services. Support our service providers so appointments run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a beautiful, organized reception area and guest lounge. Assist with inventory, merchandising, and light administrative tasks. Celebrate wins, build relationships, and help create an environment guests rave about. Take the lead on staff and facility tasks What We're Looking For Minimum one year of experience in a salon environment is required. Licensed Cosmetologist Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Someone who remains calm under pressure and loves staying organized. A positive attitude with a naturally polished and professional presence. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable using technology, scheduling software, and learning new systems. Passion for beauty, wellness, and luxury hospitality. A cosmetology permit or license is a plus, but not required.
