Job Overview Join our vibrant veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist, where your energetic and organized approach will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals. In this dynamic role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure seamless communication between clients and veterinary staff. Your enthusiasm for animal care combined with excellent customer service skills will create a welcoming environment that fosters trust and confidence. Duties Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the hospital's daily schedule using veterinary software. Communicate clearly with clients regarding pet care instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments. Maintain cleanliness in the reception area. Manage phone inquiries, respond to client questions about companion animal medicine, surgery, or critical care cases, and direct calls appropriately. Experience Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of veterinary terminology. Proficiency in veterinary software systems for scheduling and record keeping. Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively communicate with clients of diverse backgrounds.
