Job Description
DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Receptionist- Front Desk is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visitor Management
- greet and welcome visitors ensure they are all directed to the correct person(s).
- Communication
- answer incoming calls and handle visitor/customer inquires via phone, email or live
- Administrative support
- handle incoming and outgoing mail, sort and file documents as needed
- Office
- keep the reception area clean and organized
- travel to other building may be required
- Provide general information and assistance to visitors and employees
- Assist in processing orders, verify customer information, gathering samples from the Production floor which involves being in areas with heavy industrial packaging machinery and forklifts
- Fed Ex Shipments/Mailings
- provide shipping and delivery information
- Company used cell phone logs/charging and cleaning
- Professionalism
- must have professional appearance and a positive, calm attitude
- Support all safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives and policies.
- Follow Veroni safety rules and procedures
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Minimum qualifications
Education :
Experience :
Two- Three years of Receptionist/Customer Service-related role; food industry experience is a plus.
Certification or Licensure Requirements:

- Knowledge and a strong understanding of the company products, services, and procedures.
- Education
- high school diploma or equivalent, prior office experience is preferred
