Type:

full-time Receptionist / Office Assistant A leading Private Equity firm is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join its team as a Receptionist/Office Assistant. In this role, you'll serve as the first face and voice visitors encounter, while also keeping the broader office running efficiently behind the scenes. The firm's culture is upbeat and supportive, and they're looking for someone mature with a can-do mindset who's excited to grow into an essential, high-visibility role.

Compensation commensurate with experience:

$70,000

  • 80,000 base range + discretionary bonus + fully paid medical/dental/vision + 15 days
PTO + 401

(k) with 6% match

Hours:

8:30am-5pm, with occasional flexibility for early breakfasts/meetings (minimal overtime expected)

Location:

Midtown Manhattan, NYC on-site, Monday
