Position Overview In this dynamic role, you will be the first voice of our luxury service department. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls , coordinate appointment scheduling, and also make outbound calls to promote additional business . OFF Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a high volume of inbound service calls with professionalism and care Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments using dealership CRM/DMS tools Make outbound calls to past and prospective clients to: Remind them of upcoming or overdue maintenance Inform them of current recalls and current service promotions Re-engage lost or inactive customers Communicate clearly with service staff and clients to maintain accurate expectations Maintain organized records of client contact and appointments. Deliver an elevated customer service experience aligned with the Lincoln brand Qualifications Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or call center role (automotive or luxury service experience preferred) Comfortable making outbound calls to generate and retain service business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Polished, professional demeanor with a client-first attitude Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus Why Work With Us?
