Full-Time Automotive Sales Receptionist Overview Paul Miller Honda is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Full-Time Automotive Sales Receptionist to join our team in West Caldwell, NJ. This is an important customer-facing position and often the first point of contact for our dealership. We are looking for someone who is polished, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a busy automotive sales environment. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a 4-day workweek . The schedule consists of four 10-hour workdays, with three days off each week. Saturdays are required. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Assist customers in connecting with the appropriate Sales or Management personnel Maintain a professional and welcoming reception and showroom environment Communicate with Sales Consultants regarding arriving customers and appointments Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties Accurately take and relay messages Provide general dealership information to customers Help maintain customer traffic and appointment information as needed Work closely with our Sales and Management teams to ensure customers receive prompt attention Perform additional administrative duties as assigned The Ideal Candidate will have: Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive dealership experience is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependability and punctuality Comfortable with computers and multi-line telephone systems Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Availability to work Saturdays is required! Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred; however, we are willing to consider candidates with the right attitude, customer-service skills, and professional presence.
