full-time We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This highly visible, client-facing position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional corporate environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general information, and route inquiries appropriately. Manage visitor registration, security passes/badges, and visitor logs. Receive, organize, and coordinate incoming and outgoing packages and courier deliveries. Maintain conference room and boardroom schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings. Assist with general administrative and clerical responsibilities, including typing, filing, photocopying, document preparation, and mailings. Respond to information requests and provide administrative support to internal teams as needed. Maintain an organized, professional reception area while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Requirements Previous corporate reception required. Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients, executives, visitors, and employees. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent required.
