Job Description

About us At SwimQuest we provide swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities! We are currently looking for friendly and outgoing representatives to work our front desk at our Westfield location. Some of the responsibilities will include welcoming families, checking in students and setting up the daily lessons. Along with answering questions over the phone and in person you will be assisting in scheduling lessons, explaining our program to new clients and ensuring that the day to day classes transition as smoothly as possible. Having strong communication skills and previous experience in customer service would be ideal for this position! This position is part-time evenings (2 (or 3
