Job Description
Country Club Receptionist Angel Fire Resort is now hiring for a Receptionist to join our Country Club team! This position is responsible for greeting members and guests and checking them into the fitness center and pool. In this position, you will answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate associates, assist guests in accessing the facilities, answer any guest questions regarding the resort, and carry out other additional clerical duties. The successful candidate will have a consistently friendly and helpful demeanor and will make guests feel welcomed.

This is an indoor position. Must be able to sit and interact customers in person and over the phone at the reception desk
Qualifications:
At least 1 year customer service with basic computer skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Answers phone calls in a professional manner and directs call accordingly.
- Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
- Greets and directs visitors and/or members in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Provide visitors and/or members with information as requested.
- Hands out towels to members and guests using the pool and fitness center.
- Removes towels from baskets in locker rooms, pool area and fitness center and keep towels restocked.
- Collects money for class walk-ins and from guests for facility use.
- Assigns Key Cards for pool usage.
- Takes dinner reservations for Elements Restaurant.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Sells fitness passes, prepaid class cards and gift cards.
- Balances cash drawer and complete cash drop.
- Responsible for opening or closing and securing the Country Club building.
- Responsible for shoveling snow from walkways and entrances and applying ice melt.
- Assists with light housekeeping.
- Monitors surveillance system.
- Provides guests with emergency assistance.
