Membership Receptionist Status:
Hourly/Part time
Hours:
M-F, after-school, summer camp, some non-school days.
Reports to:
Office Manager This position combines phone duties, public reception, information dissemination, administrative assistance, management of members' database, and management of Club program registrations.
Duties:
Greet the public, parents, and members in a welcoming and friendly way. Have information about upcoming events such as field trips, sports, school closings, and times to distribute to the public as requested. Relay information on activities to the public accurately and in a timely manner through personal contact or phone calls. Answer the main phone line, screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls as necessary. Keep the reception area clean and neat at all times. Manages and oversees the membership database. Keep member files in order and accessible. Post information on hours and events. Track incoming and outgoing members, making sure they scan or sign in and out. Track member payments and notify parents as needed. Tracks/manages restricted checkout and self-check- out forms. Other duties as assigned.

Strong computer skills, including data entry Must be responsible and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license Ability to have FUN! This is an at-will position only.
