Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents and correspondence
- Ability to transcribe audio recordings or written notes accurately
- Strong project coordination skills to assist with various tasks and assignments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
