Job Description

The Law Office of Jill V. Johnson Vigil, LLC is a Las Cruces, New Mexico based family law office that is looking for a front desk receptionist to be the face and voice of our firm. As the receptionist you will be an asset in assisting our clients with their experience at our office. This is a customer service position that is vital to our success here at the office. We work a 32-hour work week, every weekend and major holidays off. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a clean criminal record and a valid driver's license. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Provide information to callers Greet persons entering office Handle questions from our clients Provide general administrative and clerical support Prepare correspondence and documents Schedule appointments Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically Organize conference and meeting room bookings Monitor and maintain office equipment Tidy and maintain the reception area Education and Experience Minimum of high school diploma or a four-year college degree in any subject.
