About Us We are a busy, customer-focused Title & Escrow Company committed to delivering exceptional service to Realtors, Lenders, Buyers, and Sellers throughout every step of the closing process. Our success is built on professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors. Position Summary As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you'll play an important role in supporting our escrow and title teams with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that help keep our office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients, Realtors, Lenders, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. Notify staff of client arrivals and assist with client flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area. Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Perform administrative duties including scanning, copying, filing, and data entry. Provide clerical support to escrow officers and other team members as needed. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist with additional office projects and miscellaneous tasks to support the overall success of the team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and general office equipment. Experience in the title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
