Job Summary We are seeking an upbeat, friendly, energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. We are a small, family-oriented business looking for a long term, part time employee to help us serve our traveling clientele. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, guests, and team members. Your organizational skills and front office receptionist will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and customer support skills within a dynamic environment. This person will work 15-30 hrs/wknd. Although, the work can be fast paced during our busy season, it is more often calm and consistent. If you are reliable, customer-service oriented, and meet the below qualifications, consider joining our team. Duties Check-In and greet visitors and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed, addressing inquiries courteously and resolving issues promptly. Manage phone system with professionalism, making reservations over the phone and in person. Provide customer support by directing guests to their reserved space(s) after check in Maintain accurate records through data entry daily reports, filing, copying/printing, scanning and managing incoming/outgoing mail Ensure the reception area remains organized, tidy, and professional at all times Occasionally clean cabins (as back-up to our dedicated cabin person) Assist with various other aspects of park operations as needed Qualifications Proven office experience or administrative background with strong organizational skills Experience working with technology (computer, printers, phones) Excellent Communication Skills and comfortable working with a variety of guests from all over the world Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Must Have HS diploma or above Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs Must speak fluent English Join us in delivering outstanding front desk support that keeps our organization running smoothly!
