Pay depends on experience Bilingual Candidates preferred Shift hours: 9:30am-6:00pm (Monday through Thursday) Position Overview The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Assist with internal communications and support other departments as needed Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Desired Skills Customer Service Oriented Problem-solving and adaptability Attention to detail Excellent math skills are a plus Time management and prioritization Team collaboration Bilingual is a plus Punctuality is a MUST.
