Receptionist Position We are a fast paced small animal clinic looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We practice high quality medical care and have worked hard to develop lasting relationships with our clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be 18 years or older and have graduated from high school Must have strong computer, typing, phone and verbal communication skills Experience with general office tasks and appointment scheduling Must be friendly, motivated, team oriented and able to multitask. Must be comfortable working with and around animals. (mostly dogs, cats and some birds) Must be able to keep up with fast paced working environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting and checking in Clients and their pets Answering phones and scheduling appointments Entering charges and processing payments Performing general office tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

Depending on experience, hourly rate ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 Health, Dental, Vision and 401K options. Must apply in person at our clinic to be considered for position.
