Job Description

Cicero Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing, self motivated Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our receptionists greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you'll schedule and manage the flow of appointments, deliver exceptional customer service while juggling a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, and provide accurate information about our services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced , collaborative environment, takes initiative , and enjoys being an essential part of a driven, compassionate team.
Schedule:
This is a flexible full-time position, offering either a 4 or 5 day work week . With availability needed Monday-Friday only, NO
