The ideal candidate will be hard-working, professional, and able to undertake a variety of office support. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. References required. Responsibilities Help maintain office organization and assist associates Sort and distribute communications promptly Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information Monitor the level of supplies and notify Manager of shortages Respond to requests or issues as needed Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties (i.e., answer phone calls/emails, take messages, greet customers) S kills Proven experience as a receptionist/office assistant Working knowledge of office equipment i.e. computers, copiers, etc Thorough understanding of office procedures and multitasking as needed Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
