We're looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You'll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making travel arrangements, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities:
Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries to ensure off-site events go well Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
Qualifications:
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Professional appearance and communication skills. You are the face of the company. The ability to listen with empathy and sincerity. You are a natural at putting people at ease and making them feel appreciated and welcome. You have great attention to detail. Accurate note taker. You have the unique ability to deal with multiple interruptions during the day. Must complete assessment or will not be considered.
