Job Title:
Dental Front Office Receptionist Come be our Director of First Impressions! Are you a warm, organized, and energetic professional who loves making people smile? At LaClair Family Dental, we believe the patient experience starts the moment we pick up the phone or they walk through our doors. We are a family-owned, modern, fast-paced dental practice looking for a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to be the face and voice of our team. As our patient coordinator, you will manage the daily flow of our busy office, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly, check them in/out, and schedule appointments. Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and make confirmation and follow-up calls. Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and discuss treatment plans or financing options with patients. Maintain patient records, scan paperwork, and keep the reception area looking immaculate.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
Experience in a dental, medical, or fast-paced customer service setting. Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software is a huge plus. Exceptional phone etiquette, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Confidence is discussing financial arrangements and collecting copayments.
