Job Description

Our Client Care Representatives (CCRs) play a critically important role in our hospital. They are essential team players that always attend to the needs of our clients and patients. Our CCRs excel at giving our clients excellent customer service, and are vital to our hospital's success. We are seeking 1 Full-time Client Care Representative (CCR) for our busy, small animal and exotic, 6 doctor, AAHA accredited practice. Our belief is to provide our patient's with lifelong excellent quality care, and support. We treat every pet as if they are our own. Ideal candidates interested in joining our team should be friendly, outgoing, have excellent customer service skills. They also need to be professional, responsible, empathetic, and be computer savvy. Past veterinary experience is preferred. The duties of our CCRs include but are not limited to: Client Communication regarding fees, products, and services the hospital offers, etc. Greeting clients upon entrance Assisting clients in person, and on the phone Needs to understand veterinary terminology Scheduling appointments with understanding: basic routine vaccinations, diseases/illnesses affecting dogs and cats, surgery protocols, plus laboratory tests Invoicing out clients and taking payments Proper communication skills with clients, staff, and veterinarians Taking prescription refill requests Filing Managing and verifying accuracy of our paperless medical records Help insure the reception area is always clean and neat Must be able to lift and carry 35lb. bags of food We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including: A 401 (k) retirement plan 401 (k) match Pet allowance Pet discounts Paid time off One hour lunch breaks Paid Holidays Full time position available is for Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 8-6pm, Wednesdays from 12-6pm , and every other Saturday from 8-12pm.
