30 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday 10:30am-4:30pm
Location:
Power House Visitor Center, 39 S. Grove St, East Aurora, NY 14052 The Roycroft Campus is seeking a professional, friendly front desk associate to represent our team and serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients. Key responsibilities for this person include greeting guests when they arrive on-site, explaining how to navigate and explore the Campus, clerical duties, assisting with tour groups, and helping with volunteer engagement.
Job Duties:
  • Greet all Visitor Center guests
  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk
  • Maintain and restock retail merchandise
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Maintain and order office and cleaning supplies
  • Assist with booking tours and coordinating docents
  • Open and close the Visitor Center and Museum
  • Process cash register transactions
  • Support staff with Volunteer Engagement
  • Input data from newsletter subscribers
  • Other duties as assigned Requirements for the ideal candidate include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with basic office software
  • Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers Please provide three (3) professional references along with your resume.
