Helping PAW is a non-profit, high quality, high volume spay and neuter clinic founded in 2009. We strive to help the community with our affordable prices and top notch care. Our mission is to offer crucial veterinary services to underserved animals. We maintain this mission by also supporting TNR and rescue communities; helping to stabilize the cat population.
Position:
We are looking for an outgoing, passionate experienced customer service representative to join our fast paced, positive, friendly, energetic team. Our customer service representative is the voice and face of our clinic. Client education is an important part of patient care and as our CSR you will need to educate the clients, in person or on the phone, on the best way to take care of their precious pets.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they wait to be checked in with a warm and friendly demeanor. Efficiently manage client check ins, verify patient information, update records and obtain necessary paperwork. Manage front desk operations such as answering the phone and directing inquiries and checking out clients. Provide information on pet care, services offered, post surgery recovery and other general preventative health measures. Assist veterinary staff to ensure daily flow is smooth. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment and be a team player. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
Skills/Abilities:
Basic Knowledge of veterinary terminology. Minimum of 6 months of veterinary experience. Be willing to be trained and be a motivated learner. Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, for effective client interactions and team collaboration. Compassionate, outgoing, pet lover.
