Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our team!
Position Summary:
Week 1 of pay period
  • Friday eve 4pm
  • 8:30pm; Week 2 of pay period
  • Saturday and Sunday 4pm
  • 8:30pm Responsible for projecting a positive and professional image of the organization.
Facilitate the flow of information to the staff.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering telephone in a pleasant and professional manner, taking and relaying messages, and paging when necessary. Greeting and directing visitors. Helping to secure safety of the facility by monitoring entrance doors. Sorting and distribution of incoming mail for staff and residents. Copier in staff workroom stocked; Resident sign in/out logs; other Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Learning, using and understanding other computer software. Other accountabilities

Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred
License:
N/A Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
