Job Description
Belle Piel Aesthetics is looking to welcome an organized, efficient and positive individual to join our team! Belle Piel is a positive work environment, we are looking to hire an individual interested in the medical field, aesthetics and someone willing to devote their time and effort into helping us provide the best care and service to our patients. We prefer applicants who have experience in reception and a medical office, but we do provide training to the right candidate. We are looking forward to meeting the future Belle Piel staff to welcome to our team. We offer flexible hours.
Office duties include:
Opening and closing the office. Answering phones, answering questions and taking messages. Scheduling patients on the computer using SquareUp. Collecting and accounting for cash, and processing credit card payments. Talking to patients, making them feel comfortable and answering questions about their care. Learn about our services and products (Botox, Fillers, laser, skin care, kybella...etc) Manage instagram and Tik Tok pages, assist with marketing and be a content creator. Being an all-around team player.Requirements:
Medical Receptionist/Med Spa experience preferred. Able to maintain a flexible schedule and strong work ethic. Strong interest to provide excellent service. Must be familiar with computer programs and data entry. Have a team player attitude, energetic, with outstanding organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, work under stressful environment, assist and support Medical Assistants tasks as needed. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) a plus.Pay:
