Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Chinese & English Receptionist to serve as the friendly face and efficient communicator at our front desk. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, handle customer check-in, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and team members. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and welcoming environment, supporting the overall efficiency of our office. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while engaging with diverse stakeholders. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly in both Chinese and English, ensuring a positive first impression Answer incoming calls promptly using multi-line phone systems, practicing professional phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and office correspondence with precision Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and maintaining organized files Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and general administrative support Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and provide support Support personal assistant responsibilities as needed, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings Arrange transportation for members Experience Proven office management or front desk experience in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Demonstrated clerical experience including phone answering, data entry, proofreading, and document management Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing outstanding customer support Previous customer service or client communication experience preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus

$19.00 per hour
