Bilingual Chinese/ Spanish and English Receptionist at Therapy office

Busy Hand therapy office looking for immediate full time office assistant at the Flushing office Location. We are actively hiring energetic, honest, and responsible assistants to support a busy therapy office. Will train for the right person.

Qualifications:

• High School and higher education.
• computer literate (office is paperless)
• Punctual to work
• Professional to clients
• Willing to learn new tasks.
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/ or Cantonese, and or Korean/ Spanish) and English.

Will train on job specific tasks. (Tasks include answering phone, scheduling patient appointments, collecting copays, data entry, and computer literate to verify insurance benefits/ emails). Qualified individuals must be willing to learn, flexible, and demonstrates commitment to the job. Local college students are welcome to apply. Looking for long term employee (full time with benefits). $16.5/hour during one month probation/ training and there after will raise base on performance.
