Front Desk Receptionist - Job Description Job Responsibilities Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff member. Assist students with enrollment, class schedules, certificates, forms, and other school-related questions. Provide information about school programs, policies, schedules, and procedures. Maintain and update student information, records, and front desk documents. Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, printing, and copying. Use Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel , for daily administrative work. Communicate and coordinate with instructors, administrators, and other departments to support daily school operations. Organize incoming and outgoing documents and communications. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Bilingual in Chinese and English; familiar with both languages. Familiar with computers and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel . Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, friendly, professional, and service-oriented. Detail-oriented and organized. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Responsible, reliable, and able to work well with students and staff.

$21.00 per hour
