10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Progressive Oral Surgery is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Phone Receptionist / Scheduler to join our team at our Garden City location. This is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking for consistent daytime hours, particularly those with school-aged children or anyone seeking a schedule that allows for a better balance between work and home. The primary focus of this position is answering incoming calls and scheduling patients while providing an excellent first impression of our practice. We are looking for someone who is naturally pleasant, personable, confident on the phone, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with patients.

Qualifications:

Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare or dental setting Excellent telephone and communication skills Friendly, upbeat, and professional personality Strong customer-service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with scheduling software and basic computer systems
