Job Description

Overview E day spa & salon is seeking a dynamic and organized Manager and Receptionist to join our team, and drive business forward, bringing energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to our front desk. As the right hand to the owner, you will be responsible for staff leadership and high end service standards. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee administrative functions while providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will excel in managing office workflows, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring seamless communication across departments, as well as social media advertising. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will be vital in creating a positive experience for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, efficiently and courteously, as well as emails and text communications. Oversee daily office management tasks such driving retail sales, recommending services and retail to clients, maintaining retail orders, spa supply orders, office supplies, manage staff schedules, support stylists and technicians Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting for staff Maintaining payroll and time clock records Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client needs, and resolving issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Excellent front desk skills with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience in salon industry including customer support roles with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive attitude and organizational expertise will make a meaningful impact every day.
