Job Description
Job Summary Duties to include: Welcoming visitors, answering telephones, processing mail, maintaining project files, assisting staff in day to day operations. Responsible for administrative operations including tracking documentation of projects from the proposal/contract phase to project closeout. Directly Supports the project manager including understanding project goals, deadlines, and reporting information to the project manager. Our ideal candidate to be reliable, personable, positive, energetic, motivated, and demonstrate the flexibility to assist in other functions as assigned. Must posses solid data entry and typing skills as well as strong organizational skills.
