Job Description

Our client is seeking a receptionist for their busy law firm. The ideal person must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills along with computer skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has general office skills and is looking to segue their career into the legal field with a firm that can offer stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take and relay accurate messages
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and consultations for attorneys and staff
  • Process, scan, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Track and maintain inventory of office supplies; order items as needed
  • Support executive administrative needs of the firm's owner, including calendar management, personal task coordination, email management
  • Coordinate with vendors, including IT management company and courier services
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Monitor firm email and route inquiries appropriately
  • Ensure timely and organized filing of client documents in the case management system
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and internal firm matters
