Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) Islandia, NY, USA Ideal Home Care Services, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) to join our team. Our agency was founded with the unique mission of providing care services to not just seniors, but to others who may benefit from them as well, including recovering surgery patients, expectant mothers, physically challenged individuals, veterans, and car accident victims who may have a difficult time caring for themselves in the home. Role:
As a Front Desk Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish) , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our agency.Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and communicating with clients, families, and referral sources in a professional and courteous manner Coordinating scheduling and logistics for our caregivers and clients Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborating with our care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care Utilizing your bilingual skills in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and familiesRequirements:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field an asset) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalismWhat We Offer:
