Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist
ADMIN SUPPORT
to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing administrative support to o our Agents . The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with office technology. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a welcoming environment Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office software for administrative tasks Support office management activities Assist with customer support via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent service Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies Support administrative projects including document preparation, proofing, and record keeping Experience Prior office management or administrative experience preferred Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading required Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and general computer literacy required Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients and staff Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail necessary for success in this role Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory This position offers an engaging work environment where your organizational skills and customer service expertise will be valued.
