Job Description
Binghamton Animal Clinic is looking for a part-time receptionist to join its team! BAC is a walk-in clinic that offers routine companion pet care, flexible, non-emergent services for pet owners in our community. We are looking for someone who is able to provide a kind, patient and educated first impression of our clinic! The duties and responsibilities of this position include: Multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Ability to answer basic animal care and medication questions. Filling medications prescribed by the doctor, authorizing online prescriptions approved by the doctor, etc. Completing financial transactions and drawer reconciliation. Strong communication with DVM, team members & our community's pet owners. Working with Avimark (veterinary computer software), email & communication via text on our Weave system. The willingness to learn!
