As a leading Honda dealership in Liverpool, New York, we are committed to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for all our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Automotive Receptionist to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations.
Position Overview:
As an Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations within our dealership. You will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, supporting both our sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel. Process customer transactions and handle cash or credit card payments. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks. Provide information about dealership services, promotions, and vehicle inventory. Coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting. Must have the ability to work Wednesday through Friday 3PM-8PM and Saturday's 8AM-5PM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with dealership management software is a plus. A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
