Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence. Assist with clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents for accuracy. Provide outstanding customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a professional appearance at all times. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall office management efficiency. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management. Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required. Ability to proofread documents for clarity and correctness. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with front desk operations in a professional setting.
