Job Description
Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center is seeking a Part Time Receptionist. Must be flexible, able to multitask. W eekends and Holidays may be required. 20-24 hrs/week Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Answers telephone and greets visitors/staff/residents/sales professionals in a polite and professional manner; determine nature of call or visit and direct to appropriate individual or department. Must abide by HIPAA regulations at all times. Updating Spreadsheets. Processing daily mail. Keep resident rosters up to date on a daily basis. Completes admission paperwork as required. Copying/Faxing/Emailing/scanning into PCC as requested, monitoring incoming faxes, receiving and sorting mail, making signs as requested, copying as requested, operating all machinery and knowledgeable of changing toners, fixing jams, uploading documents into PCC, etc. Assists residents/guarantors withdrawing or depositing resident funds. Experience in Long Term Care environment a Plus.
