Microsoft Teams Adaptability Full Job Description Summary of Position:
The Part Time Receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing clients and guests of Arri Rental. Friendly, courteous, and upbeat demeanor is a must. This is a forward facing role that is the first point of contact at our flagship location. Must handle incoming phonecalls with tact and urgency insuring clients needs are met in a timley manner.

The role will also encompass maintaining and kitchen areas and assisting with events. This is a part time role with working hours from 8am to 6pm either 2 or 3 days per week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Open up front lobby in the morning - open gate, unlock door, turn on lights, etc. Close up at end of day.
  • Keep track of employees that are out of office, camera jobs/tests on the schedule, and any expected visitors.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling building access via the reception desk.
  • Receive sort and deliver incoming mail.
  • Must dress appropriately, and be organized and tidy.
  • Check-in guests and direct to necessary location
  • Alert appropriate people of visitors
  • Order lunches for clients and/or meetings when requested
  • Order food, organize and set up any group lunches (staff, visitors, etc.)
  • Answer Phone and transfer calls & forward voicemails to appropriate destination.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating local and campaigns
  • Reset Kitchen areas each morning before opening.
  • Participate in daily meetings to review workload for current and upcoming jobs, as well as internal projects to gain an understanding of who will be arriving.

Non-Exempt- Part Time Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience/Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person, on the telephone, and in writing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask are required Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with staff or clients Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manages competing demands.
Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, strong computer skills, critical thinking abilities.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with staff or clients.
Must be computer literate with a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as MAC proficiency. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English in a professional manner. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments is required. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills a must.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
