Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for the afternoon hours. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in patient management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The hours we are looking to fill are Monday through Thursday 1-7 PM and 2 Sundays a month from 10-5. We are somewhat flexible on the hours. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
