Studio Lead / Front Desk

Overview Fuze House is an infrared heated pilates studio with studios in Miami and New York City. Position Overview As a Studio Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for a positive experience. Your role is essential in maintaining the flow of the studio, supporting instructors during class transitions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-ins, questions, and class preparation. Support instructors with class transitions and ensure the studio is ready for the next class. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio, including reception, bathrooms, and back of house. Exhibit professionalism and respect in all interactions with clients, instructors, and vendors. Ensure positive, respectful communication and a welcoming environment at all times. Arrive on time for shifts. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all client and team interactions. Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to creating a positive studio environment. Comfortable with light cleaning and organization tasks to ensure studio standards are upheld.
