Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist — Family Medicine Office We're Hiring! Our friendly family medicine office is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and caring individual who enjoys working with patients and being part of a healthcare team. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify patient information and insurance Handle check-in/check-out and collect copays Maintain accurate patient records Assist with general office and administrative duties Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Qualifications Previous medical office or front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a busy office Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
