Pay:

$17-$20/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients, check them in/out, and manage the front desk Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments Process payments and handle basic billing Maintain accurate client and patient records Communicate with clients about wellness reminders, prescription refills, and follow-up care Assist with light administrative tasks (faxing records, ordering supplies, etc.)

Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English required Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working around animals Prior veterinary, medical, or customer service experience a plus but not required Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
