What You'll Do:
Be the
Face of Awesome Customer Service:
You'll provide friendly, professional service every time you interact with clients (and their furry friends!) Answer Phones Like a
Pro:
Answering phones, help schedule appointments, and manage incoming check-ins.
Check-In, Check-Out, and Everything In-Between:
Greet pets and their owners with a warm welcome, check them in and out, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Lobby Flow Coordinator:
Help keep things moving smoothly in our busy lobby—because a happy pet is a calm pet, and a happy owner is a calm owner!
Learn Veterinary Lingo:
You'll become familiar with basic veterinary terminology, medications, and health practices—great for your pet knowledge!
Educate Clients:
You'll be recommending wellness services, preventative care products, and making sure pets stay healthy and happy. Be a
Problem-Solver:
If a client has a concern, you'll be there to resolve it with empathy, professionalism, and a smile.
Physical Demands:
This job will keep you on your toes (literally!). You'll need to be able to bend, stand, and lift for extended periods of time. You may need to lift or move up to 40 pounds —after all, some of our patients are a bit on the larger side! What's the Schedule Like?
Flexible Shifts:
We need someone who can work day and evening shifts (depending on our hospital needs). Some weekends may be required. This keeps things exciting and varied—every day is a little different!
